Create & Celebrate LTD - Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Create & Celebrate LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before securing your party.

 

Paying For Your Party

To secure your booking, we require a small deposit via credit or debit card (unless you are a commercial customer paying by invoice). The remaining balance is payable directly to your entertainer in cash on the day of the event. We do not accept card payments at the party itself. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Entertainer Arrival Time

Your entertainer will arrive within a minimum of 30–60 minutes before the start time to set up. If there is any delay, please contact us at 0208 050 0242.

 

Venue Parking

Please ensure free parking is available. If paid parking is required, we kindly request that you cover the parking costs for the full duration. If any fines occur due to unavailable or incorrect parking information, we will pass the fine cost on to you via invoice.

 

Maximum Children

• Disco & Games Party: 35 children (Excludes parents, toddlers, and babies.)

• School Discos / Teenage Parties: Unlimited! (Excludes parents, toddlers, and babies.)

Food Break & Cake Time

For 2-hour parties, we include a 20–30 minute food break and birthday singalong. Adjustments can be made upon request to the entertainer on the day.

 

Consolation Sweets & Allergies

We provide small consolation sweets during the party. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

 

Outdoor Parties

For outdoor parties, a backup plan such as a marquee or indoor venue is recommended in case of bad weather.

 

What We Don’t Provide

• Venue

• Food & drink

• Decorations

• Party-ware (plates, cups, etc.)

 

Cancelling Your Party

• Reschedule Free of Charge: You can reschedule to any date within a year if notified within 14 days of cancellation.

• Refund Within 7 Days: Cancel within 7 days of booking for a refund, minus a £35 admin fee.

• No Refunds After 7 Days: Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days unless you reschedule.

A £50 late cancellation fee may apply if the entertainer has already left for your venue.

 

If Create & Celebrate Cancels

In rare cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., snowstorms), we will refund your deposit in full. We are not liable for any additional costs.

 

Entertainer Dress Code

Our entertainers wear Create & Celebrate Parties t-shirts and smart jeans or leggings. For performance and copyright reasons, we do not wear character costumes.

 

Venue Alarms & Sound Limiters

Please check compatibility for smoke machines and sound limiters in your venue. We will do our best to stay within sound limits, but parties can get lively!

 

If You’re Not Happy

We want you to love your party. If something is not quite right, please raise any concerns directly with your entertainer on the day. If unresolved, email us at hello@createandcelebrate.co.uk and we will promptly address the issue. Please note: We are unable to consider any complaints if they are not brought to the attention of the entertainer during the party.

 

Rebooking Your Entertainer

If you would like to request the same entertainer for a future party, please contact us directly. Entertainers are not permitted to share personal contact details or accept direct bookings.

 

Snow, Flooding & Extreme Weather

If hazardous weather prevents us from reaching your venue, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

Strobe Lighting - Epilepsy Warning

Strobe lights can trigger seizures. If anyone attending has epilepsy, please inform us or your entertainer in advance. We are unable to accept liability for any health issues that may arise as a result of the use of strobe lighting.
