Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/04/2025

Thank you for choosing Create & Celebrate LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties.

1. Cancelling Your Party

• Rescheduling Free of Charge:

If you need to cancel your original booking, you can reschedule to any available date within 12 months at no extra cost, provided you notify us within 14 days of cancellation.

• Refund Within 7 Days:

If you cancel within 7 days of making your booking, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit, minus a £35 administration fee.

• No Refunds After 7 Days:

After 7 days from the date of booking, all deposits become non-refundable unless you choose to reschedule your party.

2. Late Cancellations

If your entertainer has already left for your venue and we have not been informed of the cancellation, a £50 late cancellation fee may apply. This amount may be higher if significant travel has been involved.

3. If Create & Celebrate Cancels

In extremely rare circumstances (such as severe weather, entertainer illness, or other unforeseeable events), if we are forced to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

However, we are not liable for any additional costs or consequential losses incurred (e.g., venue hire, catering, etc.).

4. How Refunds Are Issued

All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Deposits cancelled after 7 days (unless rescheduling).

• Administration fees associated with cancellations.

• Late cancellation fees.
