Create & Celebrate LTD - Short Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Create & Celebrate LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Short Hire Agreement

Terms and Conditions carefully before securing your hire

    The items must be used indoors or in a covered outdoor area only.

​

    No tape, glue, or attachments are to be used on the hire items unless agreed in advance.

Once set up by Create & Celebrate staff, the items must not be moved.

​

Nothing is to be placed on top of the light-up numbers that may cause damage, including but not limited to drinks, food, decorations, or any heavy items.

​

A £150.00 damage/breakage fee will be charged if items are returned damaged, lost, or faulty due to misuse or neglect. This includes the loss of the remote control, which is essential for operating the lights.

​

If the items are significantly damaged, lost, or not returned, Create & Celebrate reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages, including but not limited to replacement costs and any legal fees incurred.

​

If you cancel within 48 hours of the event full payment is required.

Paying For Your Hire

To secure your booking, we require full payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer (unless you are a commercial customer paying by invoice). ​

Arrival Time

We will arrive within a minimum of 30–60 minutes before the start time to set up. If there is any delay, please contact us at 0208 050 0242.

Venue Parking/Venue Accessibility

Please ensure free parking is available. If paid parking is required, we kindly request that you cover the parking costs for the full duration. If any fines occur due to unavailable or incorrect parking information, we will pass the fine cost on to you via invoice.

We need to be able to park within direct access to the venue, to ensure health & safety of our team and items.

​

Cancelling Your Party

Reschedule Free of Charge: You can reschedule to any date within a year if notified within 14 days of cancellation.​

No Refunds beyond 48 hours before the event.

If Create & Celebrate Cancels

In rare cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., snowstorms), we will refund your deposit in full. We are not liable for any additional costs.

If You’re Not Happy

We want you to love your hire items. If something is not quite right, please raise any concerns directly with the team on the day. If unresolved, email us at hello@createandcelebrate.co.uk and we will promptly address the issue. Please note: We are unable to consider any complaints if they are not brought to the attention of the team during drop off or collection.

Snow, Flooding & Extreme Weather

If hazardous weather prevents us from reaching your venue, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Additional Terms:

    Liability Disclaimer: Create & Celebrate is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused directly or indirectly by the use or setup of the hired items. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the safety of all guests, particularly children, around the hired equipment.

​

Electrical Safety: The numbers must be plugged into a safe and tested power source. Tampering with the plugs, bulbs, or wiring is strictly prohibited. If any electrical issues arise, contact Create & Celebrate immediately.

​

Weather Disclaimer: If the hire is planned outdoors, items must be protected from adverse weather (e.g., rain, wind, extreme heat). The hirer is fully responsible for any weather-related damage if appropriate cover is not provided.

​

Delays & Early Collection: If the hirer requests early collection or causes a delay in the agreed pick-up time, additional fees may apply. All times must be arranged in advance.

​

Photo Consent: By signing this agreement, the hirer grants permission to Create & Celebrate to take and use photographs of the setup for marketing purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.

​

I understand I may be charged £150.00 if the items or remote control are damaged, lost, or broken during my hire period.

​

I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this agreement.
